  Patient Care Coordinator

  Our Patient Care Coordinator and Marketing Manager, Jami, has been with Dr. Lo since 2013. Her passion for helping all of our patients is contagious, and she ensures all are very comfortable. Patients have a full understanding of the process of getting scheduled for surgery, as she meets with you at the initial consultation, after you see Dr. Lo. She guides you to selecting the perfect surgery date, and is sure to make you feel confident in our practice! Jami goes over all payment options available to you as well.

  Medical Assistant

  Medical Assistant to Dr. Adrian Lo, Tammy has worked with Dr. Lo for over 15 years. She is available to help all patients with medical questions and keep you feeling comfortable throughout your healing process. Tammy handles our 3D digital imaging machine, helping you understand what your potential surgical results may look like, which is very exciting!

  Patient Financial and Surgical Communications Coordinator

  Lisa is Dr. Lo's Patient Financial and Surgical Communications Coordinator, and has been with Dr. Lo since 2016. She organizes the surgical day and helps with the preparation of surgery experience for our patients. She makes sure all their "I's are dotted and T's are crossed!" Attention to detail is covered thanks to Lisa!

  Anne Newbert, BSN, RN

  Plastic Surgery Nurse and a Nurse Injector

  We are excited to introduce Annie Newbert, BSN, RN to our growing practice! Annie will a valuable addition to our team as a Plastic Surgery Nurse and a Nurse Injector. Annie received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2010 and began her career practicing as an ICU nurse in Philadelphia. During her time in critical care, Annie was nationally recognized for innovation and clinical excellence by the Society of Critical Care Medicine and American Association of Critical Care Nurses for her published research demonstrating the benefits of safely and effectively mobilizing critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Annie has been invited to speak at multiple national conferences empowering and educating medical professionals. With this expertise, Annie will be supporting Dr. Lo to ensure that our patients have the best possible pre- and post-operative care throughout their entire surgical journey.

  Front Desk Ambassador

  Our front desk ambassador, Leah, has been with our practice since 02/2019 and brings her youthful energy and wisdom beyond her years to our practice! Efficiency and friendliness is her specialty, and ensures all of our patients are promptly attended to once arriving to our office. She is a bundle of smiles ready to help you through your office visit experience, each and every time!

  Receptionist

  Rachel is Dr. Lo's receptionist, and enjoys answering the busy phones all day long here at Dr. Lo's office. Her ability to help patients navigate who is "best" to answer their questions makes for a wonderful experience every time patients or potential patients contact our office.
