  Marc B. Shipon

  Attorney

  Marc Benjamin Shipon, Esq. has been representing the injured and disabled since 1992 in disability and injury claims. While at Villanova Law School, Mr. Shipon interned at Chester Community Legal Services where he first learned about helping the disabled and injured, and how it could positively impact a person’s life. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representative and The National Association of Disability Representatives, the Philadelphia Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, and the Mercer County Bar Association. He has written for the National Epilepsy Society and helped individuals at the National MS Society. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.

  Bryan Douglas Shipon, Esq.

  Attorney

  After growing up with an appreciation for helping the injured and disabled, Bryan D. Shipon, Esq. attended Villanova Law School, where he helped foreign refugees earn their desired immigration status as she part of the clinical program. He also began to help the family law firm, which he officially joined as an associate attorney after passing the Uniform Bar Exam in 2022. He handles disability and personal injury matters. Bryan understands that these matters are life-altering for many, and thus employs an empathetic demeanor with every client and prospective client. With his global mindset, entrepreneurial training, and fluency in Spanish, Bryan brings a unique skillset to the team. In his free time, Bryan enjoys cooking, exercise, travel, and spending time with loved ones.

  Lauren Piro

  Attorney

  Lauren Piro is a graduate of Brandeis University, Class of 1998. She then went on to graduate from Temple University School of Law in 2001. During her time at Temple University, she was selected to be a member of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. Very important to her career was a clinical during law school regarding Elder Law, an internship assisting the homeless with legal issues including disability and an internship assisting minors with health care rights. Before joining Shipon Law Associates, P.C., Ms. Piro was a Supervising Attorney at Genex Services for over ten years. There she focused on Social Security representation and managing a team of attorneys doing that same work. She has traveled all over the country practicing Social Security representation. Ms. Piro joined Shipon Law Associates, P.C. in 2011 and has focused her practice primarily on Social Security disability representation of both children and adults. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Disability Representatives. Outside of work, Ms. Piro enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, cooking and exercising.

  Jeff Dodds

  Of Counsel

  Jeffrey J. Dodds is a litigation and trial attorney who specializes in automobile and premises liability matters. Mr. Dodds graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2001 and began his career working for a large insurance defense firm in Philadelphia. Since 2007, Mr. Dodds has exclusively represented those injured in work place and personal injury matters. Mr. Dodds is proud to be a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, which only allows plaintiff attorneys. Joining Shipon Law Associates, P.C. in 2008 as an “of counsel” attorney, Mr. Dodds also assists with the Social Security disability practice and general liability. Mr. Dodds is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Dodds is also a member of the Delaware County Bar Association. During law school, Mr. Dodds worked as a refinery operator at Sun Oil Company, where he was a member of OCAW/PACE Local 8-901. He was also a long time member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 27. When he is not fighting insurance companies for his clients, Jeff is a PIAA High School Football official and also officiates at the youth level.
