Not worth the money

You may think at first glance that the place is wonderful but don't be fooled. The ceilings are extremely high which looks wonderful until you realize that everything in the entire building echoes and vibrates. You can hear everyone in every single room around you. I almost had a panic attack one night because the person above me was having a party in the middle of the week. My entire apartment was shaking. There are supposed to be quiet hours but they do not really help Also if the person above you has no respect, youre basically screwed. For instance, if they don't have rugs in their apartment (the rooms are hard wood so you need to add carpeting), a simple drop of a coin can wake you up, and im a really deep sleeper. Also, unless your a creepy fan who enjoys hearing your neighbors having sex, avoid this place at all costs. It basically sounds like they are in your apartment and it's absolutely horrific to hear. When you come here, they'll tell you that it's an old textile factory and thats so historic and amazing blah blah blah. For a huge amount of rent each month you can enjoy the poorly insulated wood floors that leak water if you decide to mop. One time the landlords hired someone to mop the floors above me and I had water stains all down my walls And puddle on my bed. Because it makes perfect sense to dump gallons of water on a 75 year old wooden floor that's poor insulated. Also, they will have people come in to clean and renovate an empty apartment around you at 7am. This basically sounds like construction happening in your apartment. It also carried on for about a two weeks. I may have gotten the worst sleep in this place, it's overrated, overpriced, and extremely uncomfortable.
