Great Customer Service!!

These guys were recommended to me by my real estate agent for a home in Philly. Tom was incredibly thorough, positive, and patient in explaining his ratings to me. Thanks to difficulty getting the water turned on, we had to do have him come out three separate times. Every time he was just as congenial and even waited with us while we tried to get a plumber out to fix the water issue (nearly an hour!). Their pricing is very reasonable and the overall quality of the reports is fantastic. I would recommend them anyone looking for a home inspector. Thanks guys!
